Join us for our monthly workshop to connect, inspire, change, and grow!

Every last Wednesday of the month, one of our team members will be facilitating a free workshop on a variety of topics related to music therapy, therapeutic uses of music, and the work we do at Harmonic Changes.

All are welcome! These events are FREE and facilitated virtually.
MUSIC MENDS MINDS
Music Mends Minds Online Zoom Group is a free global online sing-along group. It was created as a way for seniors with and without neurodegenerative diagnosis to safely connect with each other in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The group is open to all and is an educational and creative space in which participants sing, share, and learn about the benefits of music for an hour every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:30 AM PST.
